Pawel Brodzinski on Software Project Management

About

Pawel Brodzinski

Hi, I’m Pawel and I’m your host here.

Software Project Management is a blog where I share stuff that I deal with in my professional life. This evolves over years but right now it would revolve around effective teams and great organizational culture, leadership, Lean, Kanban, Agile, understanding and organizing work on different levels.

Quite a broad range of topics, I know. If you want to run software projects effectively you better have a broad range of interest though.

I am Chief Cook and Bottle-Washer at Lunar Logic which isn’t only a fancy name for CEO but it also describes how I perceive my role and responsibility.

Over the course of my career I worked in all types of organizations, from startups to a few thousand people strong corporations and I got my hand dirty doing pretty much everything what it takes to build software. This gives me good sample of experiences to test ideas against and occasionally results in “been there, seen that” type of rants.

I am also a speaker, a trainer and a coach so I also preach what I practice. If you like the ideas I share usually there is an option to summon me to your organization or event. On such occasions most typically I cover building teams, change leadership, Kanban, and portfolio management.

I’m passionate about creating exceptional work environments and continuously improving how we work. I love good discussions on these topics too. If you want to make it even better add beer to the mix.
